Is it necessary to do ghusl when if by chance semen is secreted or is it sufficient to wash our private parts thereafterwads and just perform Wudu?

Unless secretion of semen has to do with a disease that causes frequent recurrence of the problem in a way that is beyond the control of the individual, it should be followed by taking a full bath of the body (ghusl).
